Instructions for managing your personal profile
If you are new to Webvent you need to Sign Up to create a user profile. Signing Up is free, and with a user profile you can access the buyers guides you’re interested in, register for webinars you want to join, search product showcases, and download white-papers, all with one click.
New User Sign Up
Click on Sign Up in the top right corner of you screen. A new window will open. Besides basic contact information you can add a short bio and upload your photo. This way you can present yourself as a professional and thought leader among your peers.
Note that the best size for the photo you upload is 140 pixels wide and 160 pixels high. Jpg, gif, and png are all accepted formats.
Sign In to update your Personal Profile
Existing users simply Sign In by entering their email address and password. Once you are signed in your name will appear in the top right corner of your screen. You can update your personal profile at any moment by clicking on your name. A new window will open where you can update your profile information like the Timezone you’re in, or connect with your your LinkedIn profile, and add your Skype name. You can also view your profile and see how others see you, and you can for example change your password by selecting ‘Edit Profile’ and clicking on the ‘Change Password‘ tab.
Click through the menu item ‘Networks & Sites’ to see in which networks and company profiles you’re involved, and click on the menu item ‘Webinars’ to see which past webinars you presented, or joined, and for which upcoming webinars you registered.
